We are prepared to invest in the capital asset of land and in your knowledge. You will run your business within agreed environmental guidelines but otherwise free of interference. Industry certification is possible but not required.

You will be charged no rent on our investment but will be expected to direct that cashflow into earth enriching agricultural techniques and collective environmental wisdom that delivers a long term capital and environmental gain. You will have a parallel investment in the land so that our daily motivation for success remain inextricably linked.

In most cases this will mean extra annual income in excess of $100,000 per year.

Our unique system of identifying and valuing agricultural land (with strong capital gain potential) will be at your disposal and any purchase will be a cooperative process. Alternatively you may already own a farm and wish to sell a portion of this land in exchange for a cash injection. This too is an option for the right property.

We are prepared to invest in technical capabilities that empower ongoing research and development into biological farming methods. Your input into this research will be essential but you will also retain ownership and share in long term rewards.

We are seeking expressions of interest from amongst Australia’s brightest and most able biological farmers.

In the second half of 2010 we will identify partners and then develop a tight relationships with those selected. Land purchases are expected to commence in early 2011 depending on prevailing market conditions.
