In many cases we would expect to be working with a couple (e.g. husband and wife). If this is the case please provide input from all parties involved. Although your application may contain your choice of supporting documents like a C.V. or a professional letter of recommendation there are several criteria that should be addressed.

• Name
• Age
• Status (single, married, divorced, partners etc.)
• Address and Contact Details.

2. Work History
• Geographical region, enterprise and responsibility level for each position.
• Biological farming experience (organics, biodynamics, permaculture, reduced input farming ) with specific areas of expertise (e.g. compost tea preparation, cell grazing, bio-char or the mechanics of broad scale application).
• Examples of R&D projects that you have undertaken individually or in concert with Government/Industry bodies.
• Travel.

3. Educational History
• Education level
• Degree, diplomas etc. awarded
• Short courses and/or scholarships (e.g. Soil Food Web, Nuffield, Grazing for Profit, Rabo Bank’s EDP Program).

4. Financial Situation
• Investment capacity. A ballpark figure of how much you are able to invest through savings, equity or third party guarantees.

5. Personal Vision
• What tools have you used which you think will be most useful to earth enriching agriculture?
• Which areas do you think require most R&D expenditure in the future?
• What are you personally able to provide for a stronger and more dynamic agriculture?
